Our client is a small IT solutions privder with London headquarters. They are looking for an Operations Manager on a primarily remote basis, with 2 days a month in London or as required for meetings.

Duties

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  • Process development and improvement.
  • Ensure the project management system reflects the needs of the business and is amended as required.
  • Act as the key contact for ISO standards (9001/14001/27001), ensure compliance and prepare for ongoing certification.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on company NPS score.
  • Attend departmental meetings to ensure compliance and address issues.
  • Update and monitor reports ensuring accuracy and highlighting potential issues.
  • Monitor and ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage systems access, ensuring individuals have the appropriate level required for the period required.
  • Work with external stakeholders (e,g, clients, lawyers, government agencies) to ensure compliance and pass on actions to internal contacts.
  • Monitor status of sales/returns.
  • Manage supplier/client documentation and negotiate terms where appropriate.
  • Monitor inboxes and ensure any actions are delegated to the relevant parties.
  • Monitor client feedback and ensure the appropriate steps are taken to address issues.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle as well as grievances, employee engagement, reviews and performance management, referring to the external HR service provider when necessary.
  • Ensure the HRIS (BreatheHR) is kept up to date.
  • Manage the AdobeSign account to ensure effective use.
  • Calculate bonuses for each team according to the relevant criteria.
  • Manage all aspects of the office (e.g. recycling, office sundries and cleaning).
  • Order gifts for clients/colleagues as required.
