A Business Operations Team Leader job opportunity is available with a specialist Insurance Broker, based in LondonSummary* Lead and manage a team of 4 covering all aspects of the technical processing across multiple classes of business and global territories. * The Business Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing workload and quality produced by their team and ensuring an efficient and effective Technical Processing service is provided to the business whilst adhering to Regulatory, Risk and Compliance requirements. Key Skills & Experience* Someone that has been heavily involved with mentoring and technical support in a similar role undertaking Contract Load and Premium processing and at least two years' experience as a Team Leader. * Understanding of (Re)insurance and knowledge of Morning Data's Novus system is advantageous. * Understanding of DXC's Account Enquiry and CASA systems. * Ability to lead and manage people effectively and be able to motivate direct reports, possessing good communication and organisational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
