This innovative company specialises in low-cost, multi-currency payments, including money transfers, currency hedging, and expense management. They are seeking a QA Engineer to join a Greenfield project and shape the AI test strategy for their 400-person organisation.Handling millions of payments and issuing thousands of cards annually, the company is ripe for integrating AI into its operations. Exciting opportunities for innovation include: Building a chatbot to enhance customer service efficiency.

You also know that automating AI testing comes second to exploratory and manual testing efforts in delivering quality outcomes.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute assurance strategies for AI-related projects.
  • Identify where and when test automation can be most effective.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools best suited for AI test automation.
  • Create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and charters.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Assess release readiness in a fast-paced Continuous Release environment.

  • Strong skills in testing fundamentals: planning, exploratory testing, structured testing, and automation.
  • A solid understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative vs. predictive AI, model training fundamentals).
