Page Personnel is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager/ Project Manager for a renewable energy company in London.

The client is a fast growing company established circa 10 years ago. They are a leading renewable energy company who are at the top of their industry and continuing to grow. They are innovative, fats paced and this role will really open door in the industry that is receiving a lot of private and public investment.
Description
* Operations Work-stream Coordination:You will be able to assess, prioritise, and manage multiple work-streams across thebusiness to ensure a solution-focused approach is achieved.
* Cross-Department Collaboration:You will be key in facilitating communication and coordination between Technical andCommercial Departments in the business, acting as the important liaison to bridgeunderstanding and drive effective collaboration.
* Continuous Learning and Expanding Technical Expertise:You will have the opportunity to continually grow your knowledge and technicalunderstanding whilst also having a commercial mindset. An example of this beingmanaging our procurement.
* Stakeholder Engagement:You will be able to conduct, attend, and arrange meetings with both internal andexternal stakeholders (including contractors) to address performance, risks, and ensuretargets/milestones are met. Being able to challenge and raise difficult conversations andworking towards a solution will be key!
* Data Analysis and Reporting:Consolidate data from various sources, analyse key metrics, and prepare comprehensivereports for the Director of Operations to present to the executive team.
* Proactive Actionable Insights:Provide actionable recommendations and solutions based on materials reviewed, dataanalysed, or meetings attended.
* Process Improvement:Review and assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implementsolutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Profile
You will:
- Have worked in a similar Senior Operations/ or Project Manager role previously
- Having worked in renewable energy would be an advantage but not absolutely required, but you must have worked in a technical industry.
- Have excellent stakeholder management and be a top class communicator
- Want to work in a fast paced role
Job Offer
£55,000 - £75,000 (depending on the candidate) plus benefits
