This remote-based opportunity comes with a package to £90,000 which includes a base salary up to £75,000, plus 10% pension & 10% discretionary bonus & generous holiday allowance.

Anthony Cole Associates are pleased to be partnering with a nationwide Property / Real Estate organisation that supply essential services to the country. Due to an upcoming project, they are looking to hire a Systems Implementation Manager to join them asap on an initial 2-year FTC to commence ASAP to roll out a new estates room booking system for their tenants. The implementation of the system will support strategic, effective, and efficient use of the client’s bookable spaces and align with business strategy, ensuring the buildings are well utilised and productive.

The post holder will manage both the Project and People, will be comfortable influencing stakeholders at the highest levels in their business and within the wider organisation they support, and you will have full ownership of the project delivery plan along with all associated milestones.

This will be a challenging but highly rewarding role that will be mainly REMOTE BASED, however the ability to travel to the client’s main offices in London / The Midlands / The Northwest on occasion is needed when the role requires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of overall project delivery, associated project deliverables and milestones, including a series of phased rollouts to various regional areas.
  • Execution and delivery of all project tasks, including effective management and delegation to the Project Coordinator.
  • Effective team working with the Digital Projects team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are embedded.
  • Managing and reporting on risks, issues, and actions throughout the project.
  • Production and management of project communications, including a robust communications plan, to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take the lead on internal and external stakeholder engagement, being able to present at both a strategic and detailed level.
  • Build an understanding of the wider context, the companies' role and how we work closely with specific clients who are critical to the successful delivery of this project.
  • Working in partnership with our delivery partners and key suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Project reporting, including project trackers, ensuring progress is monitored and presented to various stakeholder groups.
  • Ensuring excellent project governance, following key CHP project processes and templates.
  • Coordination and attendance at regular project meetings, monthly project Board meetings, and others as required.
  • Ensuring smooth implementation and integration with other CHP systems and our Data Platform, liaising with key internal technical resource.
  • Coordination and delivery of system training, FAQs and support documentation.
  • Post system implementation support, lessons learned and benefits realisation

Qualifications/Knowledge & Application:

  • Knowledge of property management systems (for example leasing, occupancy, and property databases).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) with a well-rounded understanding of systems implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • 5 years’ plus demonstratable experience of working in a programme/project management lead capacity, delivering successful system implementation projects.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline, in addition to experience of managing internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and manage change, that can successfully deal with ambiguity and proactively resolve issues whilst thinking creatively to solve problems.
  • Experience of operating at a strategic/leadership capacity while delivering a programme/project
