We are recruiting a senior Workstream Lead / Data PM for a major global financial institution. This role sits within the Chief Data Office, focused on managing large-scale data transformation projects and improving data quality to meet regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:- Manage data-focused projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Work with teams across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to define and deliver business and data needs.
- Solve problems, manage risks, and report progress to senior executives and regulators.
- Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and processes across the organization.
- Extensive experience managing large data projects or business transformations in banking
- Familiarity with capital markets or corporate banking operations.
- Expertise in data management (lineage, data quality, master data, etc.).
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate global teams and communicate with senior leaders.
