We are recruiting a senior Workstream Lead / Data PM for a major global financial institution. This role sits within the Chief Data Office, focused on managing large-scale data transformation projects and improving data quality to meet regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:
  • Manage data-focused projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Work with teams across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to define and deliver business and data needs.
  • Solve problems, manage risks, and report progress to senior executives and regulators.
  • Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and processes across the organization.
What we're looking for:
  • Extensive experience managing large data projects or business transformations in banking
  • Familiarity with capital markets or corporate banking operations.
  • Expertise in data management (lineage, data quality, master data, etc.).
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate global teams and communicate with senior leaders.
