Senior Product Manager - Back End & Loyalty
Digital Product Owner within our clients Digital experience tea, you'll be an integral part of the business, working closely not only with the rest of the product team but also with key stakeholders, other Product Managers and back end engineering teams across a range of products. You will report into the Group Product Manager for Digital experience and work closely with them to align and deliver roadmaps, business opportunities with stakeholder priorities and interests.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage the clients roadmap, delivering products and features aligned with organisations strategic goals and customer needs
- Create high level backlog and priorities in conjunction with stakeholders
- Work with engineering teams, Solutions Architect and Delivery Lead to planning product releases and track progress
- Ensure technical complexity is taken into account for backlog prioritisation alongside business value
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are delivered
- Deliver key initiatives to meet the clients business objectives
- Be the voice of the clients customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to effectively represent customer needs
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Senior Product person, working closely with Software archiects and developers to build digital products.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner for API-based products in an Agile environment
- Retail background would be an advantage
- A data-driven and collaborative Digital Product Manager with experience of working in complex global organisations with highly matrixed teams and internal and external stakeholders
