Software Delivery Manager - IT Delivery - Financial Services
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + £15k guaranteed bonus + 15-25% discretionary bonus
Hybrid: 2-3 x a week at London
Key Requirements:
- Technology and software engineering background with rich experience in building and delivering large enterprise systems in financial services/investment management domain.
- Key Areas - People Management, Delivery Management, Project Management.
- Experience in building data analytic platforms in investment and asset management domain.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and best practices in application development. Proven hands-on software development experience and having then moved into a management role with a minimum of 4+ years of proven and demonstrable project, technology & people leadership experience.
- Although hands-on coding is not part of the role, Java or Python background, experience of working with data platforms and knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies will be required.
