Collaboration with stakeholders to address strategic data challenges and the establishment of data usage policies are key responsibilities.
The position offers a competitive salary of £85,000 to £95,000 and requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.

My client, a reputable global insurance business is looking for an MDM Product Lead to join a growing team in London and play a key role in their ambitious data transformation journey.

As an MDM Product Lead, you will:

Lead the management and development of data products, defining features and road-maps to meet business goals
Drive the consolidation, verification, and governance of corporate account data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including heads of underwriting and governance teams, to solve strategic data challenges
Operate in an Agile environment, delivering iterative solutions aligned with business priorities
Establish and implement data usage policies in partnership with governance teams

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in product management within Agile frameworks
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) projects and data governance
Ability to manage complex corporate account data, integrating third-party verification sources
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred experience:

Background in insurance (Property & Casualty experience is a big plus)
Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries
Hands-on involvement in large-scale data projects
