My client, a reputable global insurance business is looking for an MDM Product Lead to join a growing team in London and play a key role in their ambitious data transformation journey.

As an MDM Product Lead, you will:

  • Lead the management and development of data products, defining features and road-maps to meet business goals
  • Drive the consolidation, verification, and governance of corporate account data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including heads of underwriting and governance teams, to solve strategic data challenges
  • Operate in an Agile environment, delivering iterative solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Establish and implement data usage policies in partnership with governance teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in product management within Agile frameworks

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) projects and data governance

  • Ability to manage complex corporate account data, integrating third-party verification sources

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred experience:
  • Background in insurance (Property & Casualty experience is a big plus)
  • Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries
  • Hands-on involvement in large-scale data projects
