Senior Technical Product Manager (UCaaS API) London / WFH to £85k

Are you a tech savvy Product Manager with UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) experience looking to progress your career in a senior, hands-on role?

You could be joining a successful and growing software house and working on the core communications product that enables clients to ensure their call centres deal with genuine, authenticated calls that prevent fraud in a secure, real-time environment (e.g. for the emergency services).

As a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Fraud Detection team, you will take ownership of maintaining and driving the product strategy for fraud analysis tools, collaborating with product designers and software engineers in a cross-functional Agile team environment. You'll lead the end-to-end product process, refining and delivering stories with a focus on customer value, and manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

About you:

  • You're a bright, ambitious Product Manager who enjoys collaborating within technical environments
  • You have a strong knowledge of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service)
  • You have experience working as part of an Agile, cross functional team
  • You're curious and customer outcome focussed
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally you will also have experience with APIs and / or Fraud detection
