- Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals, working with senior management and stakeholders. Ensure risks are identified and mitigated, resources are allocated, and preparatory work is completed.
- Act as an advocate for Agile methodologies across the business.
- Help teams apply the most effective Agile methodologies and tools for planning and delivery.
- Lead group sessions for cross-functional teams, including retrospectives, planning meetings, and project kick-offs, to drive collaboration and success.
- Assist digital managers in problem-solving, organising contractors, and facilitating effective communication within and outside the team.
- Organise activities, workshops, and social events that strengthen team bonds and foster a positive working environment.
- Exercise cost control, manage expenditure within the agreed budget, and ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Experienced Project Manager with demonstrable experience in end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience working collaboratively with product managers, designers, and software developers.
- Proficient in applying concepts and techniques from multiple Agile (and related) methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Qualifications in project and programme management (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Extensive project experience with a proven track record of delivery.
- Up to £68,500 basic salary.
