My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit a CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner with Contenful experience to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE.

The CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner with Contenful experience will be part of a programme that is developing a new global CMS. This role will need to be able collaborate with multiple other leads within the programme to develop and manage the roll out and deployment of our clients external marketing sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within MarTech Stack, and within marc environments working with design systems, CMS, multi market and brand set up. A history and proven experience with stakeholder management and the governance processes within a large organisation would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities for the CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner - Contenful:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to ensure alignment with business goals and programme needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for releases, testing and plans for launch of websites.
• Facilitate regular working groups and/or workshops to gather input from stakeholders to ensure the programme is in line with expectation and where intervention is need enabling this to bring it back on track.
• Monitor and analyse deployment performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement to drive the programme.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, collaborating with engineering team and change management and other product owners and their teams as needed.
• Document deployment processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the deployment process. Ensuring the programme is operating within the limits and expectation of stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualifications and skills for the CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner - Contenful

• Experience as a Project Manager, with awareness of the product owner skill set.
• Previous experience with large-scale global programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Fully Agile and SAFe qualified.
• Experience in software deployment, rollout, or a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Using tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationship.
• Self-starter that can work effectively with limited management
• Knowledge / experience of managing Contentful CMS, roll out and deployments.
• Working within the scaled website estates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
