My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Delivery Manager with experience handling CRM implementation to join their team. The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2/3 days a week, working normal office hours. The role will be for a 9 month contracting position with the potential to extend.

Description:

The role is accountable for the organisation and delivery of the Project DCM book build underway within Debt Capital Markets.

  • The Product Owner will be responsible to implement a system to streamline the approvals process to originate and complete DCM deals and to implement a system that combines client information and compliance approval checks.
  • The Product Owner will work with necessary vendors and organise an RFP in order to source a vendor that fulfils the workflow requirements of the primary markets team.This project is fundamental to reduce operational risk and streamlining processes and expedite delivery of deals to the market.
  • The Product Owner will also act as a key business analyst for the project and will work closely with ITSD head of product and key business stakeholders and provide Steer co meeting and project progress updates.
  • The project should be targeted to run over 6-9 months period, by the end of which the Product Owner would have sourced a CRM system to Streamline the DCM workflow from origination to completion of a deal, Streamlined the Transaction Approval Committee (TAC) workflow and Integrated DCM Workflow with KYC and Compliance applications for approval checks.Skills and Experience
  • Experience in IT Product Management, project management & Business Analysis
  • Must have experience working with Front Offices stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Debt Capital Markets is desirable.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, such as SalesForce or DealCloud, and KYC workflow management tools
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Organised and demonstrable experience meeting project deadlines
