Customer Project Manager - London - Hybrid (2 days onsite)Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum + excellent benefits
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Project Manager to join a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of software deployment projects, ensuring smooth implementations and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
In this hybrid role (2 days onsite per week, with flexibility), you will act as a vital bridge between Customer Success and Product teams, managing technical progress and aligning customer expectations. If you have experience in software implementation, cloud platforms, and technical project management, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end software deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Identify technical hurdles and drive both customer and internal teams towards agreed milestones.
- Manage customer expectations and keep them informed about technical roadmaps and updates.
- Lead discussions on deployment, configurations, and upgrades, mitigating risks of outdated software.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Development teams to resolve challenges.
- Identify and address customer-specific needs, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain documentation of deployment processes and best practices for internal teams and customers.
- Monitor support cases to identify trends and suggest proactive solutions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Understand user pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets customer expectations.
- Collaborate with customers during UAT to understand workflows and provide feedback to internal teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Customer-facing experience in project management, software deployment, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes and experience with cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in technical implementation projects, software deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in building strong client relationships while ensuring successful project completion.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to proactively address potential issues.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gathering user feedback is a plus.
