Interquest are working with a leading NHS trust and have a fantastic opportunity for a experienced Digital Project Manager that has worked within a NHS/GP setting.

The Digital Change Project Manager will be key contacts for GP practices, providing hands-on support in deploying and refining digital solutions. They will collaborate with practice managers and ICT leads, offering technical guidance and ensuring that digital tools are used effectively. 

  • This role is critical to ensuring that digital maturity advances uniformly across the NHS trust. Your role will involve the following 
    • Lead efforts to advance digital maturity across GP practices , focusing on improving patient access and reducing operational pressures.
    • Guide practices in deploying and optimising digital tools like online consultations, SMS communication systems, and advanced telephony.
    • Act as the main point of contact for GP practices, helping them identify and overcome technical challenges to achieve digital maturity.
    • Liaise with practice managers, ICT leads, and the Digital First team to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital technologies.
    • Use established information packs and digital maturity checklists to evaluate practices' progress and provide ongoing support.
    • Support the Primary Care Access Recovery Plan (PCARP) by ensuring uniform digital advancement across the NHS trust.
