Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join their expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key account plans, initiating and overseeing the delivery of projects, and expanding the scope of current ones. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to develop comprehensive communication briefs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to manage studio time and monitor costs will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key account plans, fostering strong relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Lead new project initiatives and expand the scope of existing projects to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and developers, to create detailed communication briefs that meet client objectives.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting client briefs and quality standards.
  • Manage studio time efficiently to optimise productivity and project flow.
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of brand design, communication strategy, and the healthcare industry to inform project direction and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience within a branding agency, specifically working with healthcare clients, or Project Management experience within a healthcare company.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of brand design and communication strategy.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
