A forward-thinking media agency with a reputation for excellence is seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join its expanding team. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions across various sectors, this agency prides itself on cultivating long-term client relationships, grounded in trust, expertise, and teamwork.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will manage fee-based projects across Data & Insight, SEO, and Web Development teams. Working on diverse projects, from ad operations and tracking to SEO, CRM integration, CRO, and web development, you will ensure smooth project execution through meticulous planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication.

• Project Planning: Lead project kick-offs, take detailed briefs, and create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Resource Management: Coordinate team members, freelancers, and contractors, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, project documentation, and invoicing.
• Task Oversight: Use ClickUp to manage and prioritize tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across all deliverables and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.

• Organized & Efficient: Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solver: Adept at streamlining workflows and preemptively addressing resource needs.
• Effective Communicator: Skilled in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Confident Leader: Capable of balancing multiple priorities and addressing challenges with clarity.

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Datorama, Salesforce, SEO, CRO, and Web Development would be great!
