Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our onboarding transformation project focused on client and learner integration, as well as another project focused on compliance and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively navigate complex projects while maintaining a user-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Transformation Project:
  2. Oversee the onboarding of clients and learners, managing a substantial cohort of several hundred users.
  3. Transform the existing onboarding processes to be more user-focused and efficient.
  4. Guide the project from its current state to a future state, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
  5. Implement agile project management practices, ensuring adaptability and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Facilitate negotiations and communication between cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
  7. Compliance and Process Improvement Project:
  8. Lead initiatives for off-the-job hours compliance, focusing on end-to-end (E2E) mapping and technical analysis.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve technical processes, albeit with a lower technical complexity.
  10. Utilize digital project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure best practices are followed during E2E design.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project scope.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in client onboarding and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
  • Exceptional core project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with E2E mapping and technical analysis processes, with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across various teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a user-focused mindset.

Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and client/customer onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
