Robert Half is partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a Dynamics 365 Project Manager with expertise in managing Dynamics 365 implementation projects. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, aligning with client objectives and business needs. Contract Assignment Details: Location: Reading (Hybrid Working - 1-2 days per week on-site) Duration: Initial 12 months (potential for extension) Day Rate: £850 per day via an umbrella company Start Date: Pending onboarding and initial meetings, with an estimated 2-3 week turnaround, including technology setup and related processes Experience Required: Proven experience managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and Dynamics 365 consultants, to ensure successful and timely project delivery Expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client goals Experience managing project risks, issues, and changes to ensure projects stay on track Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking timelines, resources, and budgets Demonstrated ability to oversee system testing, data migration, and user training for a successful go-live Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors Ability to provide comprehensive progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders Please Note: Associates will be subject to thorough financial and criminal background checks, which may take up to two weeks to complete.
