This is an exciting opportunity to drive real change, working closely with senior stakeholders and top-tier partners to deliver impactful solutions that support strategic growth.The RoleAs ERP Programme Manager, you will be at the heart of a major transformation programme, leading end-to-end ERP system implementations and enhancements. From shaping strategy to hands-on delivery, you’ll ensure systems are aligned with business needs and future-proofed for ongoing success.You'll also head up a talented programme team, fostering collaboration and innovation, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.Day to day duties:
  • Leading complex ERP projects from planning through to deployment and support.
  • Managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Overseeing system integrations and quality assurance for optimal performance.
  • Partnering with senior leaders, Finance teams, and end-users to align ERP solutions with business needs.
  • Working with leading vendors and industry experts to leverage best-in-class solutions and innovations.
  • Driving system improvements and enhancements to meet evolving business demands.
  • Championing user adoption through training, engagement, and robust support.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing technology team.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, setting clear goals and providing meaningful feedback.
Must have experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale Microsoft Business Central ERP implementations, on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.
  • Strong experience with Finance information systems and integration techniques.
  • Expertise in project and programme management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex projects and deliver meaningful system enhancements.
