- Graduate Scheme with full training (immediate start no 2025 graduates)
Requirements:
- Mostly As at A-Level
- Graduated from a top 20 University (STEM subject ideal)
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Some programming knowledge ideal but not required
- Experienced Project Manager
Requirements:
- Similar academic profile but a bit of flexibility depending on experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with software onboarding, professional services, and configuring applications to meet diverse client needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

The Day to Day
As a Project Manager, you will lead software onboarding projects, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage timelines, and oversee application configuration. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Onboarding: Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring clients are onboarded smoothly and effectively.
- Professional Services: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Application Configuration: Configure software applications to align with client specifications and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure project success.
- Project Planning & Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback post-implementation to refine processes and improve service delivery.
