Requirements:

  • Similar academic profile but a bit of flexibility depending on experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Experience with software onboarding, professional services, and configuring applications to meet diverse client needs.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

The Day to Day

As a Project Manager, you will lead software onboarding projects, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage timelines, and oversee application configuration. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Onboarding: Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring clients are onboarded smoothly and effectively.
  • Professional Services: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions to meet their business objectives.
