Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable) + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)



Job Overview


Our client, a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role involves overseeing mechanical projects across hospitals, schools, residential buildings, and commercial sites-mainly in London, but occasionally further afield. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in heating, plumbing, gas engineering, or pipe fitting, with the ability to assess client requirements and propose effective solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee HVAC, heating, and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and suggest alternative solutions where applicable.
  • Site Work & Supervision: Attend sites to assess project requirements, supervise work, and ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in heating, gas, or pipework systems to provide practical, hands-on solutions.


Requirements

  • Practical experience in HVAC, heating, plumbing, gas engineering, or pipe fitting.
  • Ability to assess project needs and propose efficient solutions.
  • Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
  • Full UK driving license (required).
