A fantastic new opportunity has become available IT Infrastructure Project Manager with one of our clients in insurance industry based in London.

Role: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: London (3 days a week onsite)

Duration: until March 2025 (Possible to extend)

Rate: Circa £600/Day

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects that contribute to the standardisation targets of the organisation.

These projects may be related to the One Workplace Strategic Programme, IT refresh objectives, product evolution, or other projects requested and funded by entities within the organisation.

Skills:

  • Senior Project management expertise, with a focus on IT operations or IT consulting in the Workplace Internal domain.
  • French-speaking is essential.
  • Experienced Transversal Project management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Rigorous and organised approach to project management.
  • Ability to engage with and interface effectively with senior stakeholders across an international footprint.
  • Strong capability to interact with technical experts and process owners.
  • Expertise with workplace infrastructure solutions.
  • Able to operate on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently.
  • Expertise in ITIL disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering projects that contribute to the standardisation target of our client, a global leader in their field.
  • Coordinate deliverables provided by technical teams from different product families and support departments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
  • Provide effort estimates for expected deliverables.
  • Develop itemised project plans (WBS) and track progress.
  • Report on risks and issues, proactively managing challenges as they arise.
