We are partnering with a fast-growing company and seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic individual with proven experience as an IT Manager or Head of IT to join their team on-site close to Tower Bridge. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in advancing technology across their international network. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations, supporting continued growth, and enhancing system performance.
Leading the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, you’ll be instrumental in designing scalable systems that are always reliable. Your leadership in developing and refining IT policies will support evolving business needs.
Cybersecurity will be a critical focus, as you design and implement robust security protocols to mitigate risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and safeguard both data and customer information. You will also take the lead on key IT initiatives, overseeing projects from concept through to execution. Collaboration with teams across the business will be essential, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader company objectives. A strong commitment to continuous improvement will ensure IT solutions not only meet but exceed business needs. Additionally, you will manage the IT budget, overseeing financial planning, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with proven experience as an IT Manager. A degree from a reputable university is essential, and prior experience working within a consultancy or tech company would be highly desirable. Expertise in infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity is required, along with experience leading IT within a multi-site environment.
You will be a strong leader and people manager, with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
