Job Title: IT Portfolio Manager
Location: London (2 days onsite)
Contract: Until 31st March 2026
Daily Rate: Circa £600- 669/Day
Status: Inside IR35

We are seeking a dynamic IT Portfolio Manager to support our EMEA Technology team. If you are passionate about project management and looking to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
What You Bring:
- years in Portfolio manager roles, with a strong understanding of project governance frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite; experience with ServiceNow PPM and SharePoint is essential
- Assist with the development of IT project delivery framework.
- Comfortable working with financial data and reporting
- Assist with the annual budget submission process across all domains.
- Review and provide feedback ('check and challenge') project status reports.
- Administer (create pack, write minutes and record actions and decisions)
- Develop and produce MI for IT Management, Executive Committee, Board and Head Office and others as required.
- Define and document all processes and procedures needed by the EMEA IT Project Portfolio Management team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the IT portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with EMEA IT delivery governance.
- Support the development of the IT project delivery framework.
- Create and manage project financials and reporting, including monthly status reports for senior forums.
- Maintain up-to-date information on project approvals, completions, milestones, and financials.
- Provide guidance and advice to Domain Heads and Team Delivery Managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to compile the annual investment budget and articulate benefits of projects.
- Ensure alignment with other change areas such as CMG and Transformation, including exchange of information and ideas as well as commenting on proposals for processes and ways of working.
- Develop the team's use of appropriate tools - specifically ServiceNow PPM and SharePoint.
