Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Project Infrastructure Manager / Migration Manager to spearhead a critical Windows 11 migration project. Join a dynamic Technology Infrastructure Department and make a significant impact!

What You'll Bring:

• Experience IT project management, particularly with Windows OS migrations in financial services or regulated industries is essential
• Experienced in Operating system Migration within Financial sector or highly regulated environment.
• Agile Expertise Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive project success.
• Exceptional Communication Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management and governance boards.
• Risk Management Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks associated with system migrations, ensuring zero downtime and business continuity.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, Azure AD, Group Policy, and software compatibility testing.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Oversee the migration of approximately 3,000 laptops and 400 front office PCs to Windows 11 across the EMEA region, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a detailed project plan using Agile methodologies, incorporating milestones, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, traders, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates.
• Governance Frameworks: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance and effective communication with all parties involved.
• Technical Coordination: Work with IT Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Production Support teams to validate hardware/software compatibility and deployment methods.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and key milestones for measurable project success.
• Coordinate pilot rollouts, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring before the full rollout.
• Ensure training, communication, and end-user support plans are in place for smooth adoption of Windows 11.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, test results, risk logs, and contingency measures.

Qualifications( Any ) :

• PRINCE2, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, ITIL v4.
