Client Details

The Systems and Service Support Manager will lead the IT landscape of a growing company, with responsibility for both outsourced and in-house IT activities.

Description

  • Take ownership of the Systems & Technology Plan, ensuring a continuous improvement cycle in systems and processes across the business.
  • Oversee projects within a controlled environment, maintaining strong governance and regular monitoring.
  • Lead the migration to a unified lounge access system that meets the needs of the Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party IT vendors.
  • Manage business-wide cybersecurity, data protection, and in-lounge connectivity.
  • Administer SharePoint and support system-wide operations.

Profile

Experience in stakeholder management-both internally and externally with third-party providers is essential.

Strong experience in evaluating and assessing bespoke IT systems, with a focus on identifying system limitations, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.

The successful candidate will also be expected to travel occasionally to various sites across London.
