About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the integration and rollout of a learning system across our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of the system, fostering adoption among staff and users, and delivering a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, particularly in the deployment of learning management systems or similar platforms. You will collaborate with development teams, guide technical efforts, and spearhead change management initiatives to drive user engagement and maximize system benefits.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with a focus on learning system integrations or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation processes and the ability to guide technical teams effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving user adoption and managing organizational change.
  • Experience in planning and delivering training programs for diverse user groups.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or enterprise training platforms.
  • Experience in large-scale rollouts impacting multiple business units.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner).
  • Strong understanding of eLearning trends and technologies.
