- Our client requires a Junior Project Administrator to support an Asset Visibility project within Global Inventory Services, focusing on reconciling the global inventory for several buildings worldwide.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with network and business people at various offices to ensure accurate inventory categorization.
- Review and categorize data from spreadsheets, ensuring correct labeling of equipment like desktops, printers, and servers.
- Conduct meetings with building managers and network personnel to verify inventory details.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet tools like Excel.
- Strong soft skills for effective communication with global teams.
