M&A Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the cybersecurity SaaS space, are looking for support on their IT Integration workstream following an exciting business acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of all IT integration work
  • Navigate technical complexity e.g. data modelling, migration, transformation
  • Define project plan between day 1 and full integration
  • Align with seller's technology team to ensure both teams are aligned on key milestones
  • Keep relevant stakeholders up to date with progress, and inform them of any issues

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of technology integrations following acquisitions (M&A)
  • Experience managing technical projects within a global enterprise, e.g. migration, integration, transformation
  • Experience working with SCRUM teams within an Agile framework
  • Flexibility - some partnering teams are US based so there may be the occasional meeting outside of core hours
