Project Manager (M365)
Up to £575/day Outside IR35
The successful project manager will:
- Work with various stakeholders to plan, implement and deliver on existing and new ways of working, focusing on M365 and AI solutions.
- Working with a BA and SME's to identify and prioritise business and requirements to best utilise opportunities to use M365 and AI solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Document the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of the business stakeholders and end-users and work with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working using M365 and AI solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate with Business stakeholders, Technology, Vendors and end-users to design, test, and implement M365.
- Assist in developing training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the features, benefits, and usage of M365 and AI solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations on the outcomes, benefits, and challenges of M365 and AI solutions and suggest improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a M365 environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate and document business needs and requirements
- Represent the needs, goals, and preferences of different user groups and scenarios and use them to guide the design and adoption of M365 solutions.
- Knowledge of M365 tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
