O365 MIGRATION PROJECT MANAGER - LONDON - HYBRID - CONTRACT

Cromwell Banks is partnering a global FMCG firm who recently went through additional merges and acquisitions to find an experienced Project Manager to lead the user integration. This role focuses on O365 user migration, device migration, and local systems & data migration. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in managing complex projects and strong organisational skills. This role reports to the work-stream delivery lead and collaborates with the regional release manager and the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for user and device migration.
  • Organise and report on user migration progress.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and third-party integrator.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate resources for migration.
  • Oversee data and site migration.
  • Coordinate training programs with the change management team.
  • Monitor project performance and provide updates.
  • Provide post-migration support.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience.
  • Stakeholder relationship management experience.
  • Strong organisational, analytic, and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
