PFI Lifecycle Project Manager

PFI Lifecycle Project Manager - PFI Schools. c£60k

Responsible for the management and delivery of the lifecycle replacement programme for a London school portfolio of 15 schools.

You will ensure the overall lifecycle planning and delivery of capital works, service variation and lifecycle projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high standard. Typically delivering 25+ projects at any one time ranging from £1k to £1m, comprising small works, minor maintenance, to larger and more complex lifecycle and capital works.

A technical engineering background is required along with a demonstrable track record of directly managing lifecycle projects, preferably within a PFI environment.
