Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee various plumbing and public health projects in London.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities,good communication skills, and a proven track record in plumbing project or site management. This role requires the ability to effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Utilise project management software to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status

Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Facilitate communication among team members

Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer needs.

Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and optimise project outcomes.

Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Experience

Proven experience as a Site / Project Manager in a previous role, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.

Proficiency in project management software

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
