We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the data team for a prestigious project. This role involves overseeing complex data programmes, requiring strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of data projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data programs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Monitor and report on program progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are met throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in data processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically in data-related projects.
- Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and governance.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Essential experience in Cloud Data.
- CRM experience
- Previous experience of working for a Retail or logistics company.
- Previous experience of working for a consultancy.
