We are looking for a hands-on Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Talent & Learning initiative within DataConnect. This is a global role, engaging with stakeholders across the UK and US, but with day-to-day interactions primarily in the UK.

As part of a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a large, complex organisation, you'll be responsible for driving multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering real impact. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong background in running large-scale programmes in Agile environments.

Key skills/ experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience within large, complex organisations - This is a Global scale opportunity working with very senior stakeholders
  • Ability to run large Data Programmes with multiple workstreams
  • Someone who considers themselves a "doer" - who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
  • Agile methodology
  • Talent & Learning project/ programme experience advantageous but not essential.
