Project Manager

Robert Half have partnered with a growing organisation based in London who are looking for a project manager to lead critical projects, including the tendering processes of a new claims system and then the upgrade of their CRM system (Dynamics CE). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of these initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Location: Central London (2 days a week on site)Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Depending on Experience) + benefitsContract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of tendering processes, including documentation, evaluation, and vendor selection.
  • Oversee the migration and upgrade of their CRM system.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and budgets, reporting regularly on project progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to define system requirements and deliver a robust CRM solution.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in implementation and tendering processes of their Claims system.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (4 years+ experience) and delivered a tendering process.
  • Good knowledge of CRM platforms, with preference given to candidates with Microsoft Dynamics experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and tendering best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with an insurance claims systems.
