Partner Interim are working with a private equity backed e-commerce business to find a dynamic Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Oracle NetSuite. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all aspects of the project to meet business requirements, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to drive the project from initiation to completion within defined timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating all phases of the Oracle NetSuite implementation, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Overseeing data migration activities and ensure data integrity and security throughout the process.
  • Managing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
  • Identifying potential risks and develop proactive solutions to address them.
  • Leading project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading an Oracle NetSuite implementation
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and associated business processes
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process workflows, and system integrations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in data migration, change management, and post-implementation support.
  • Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies) are highly desirable.
