Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated Small Works Project Manager to join our dynamic central London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small-scale but important projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple small works projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
