Project Manager - Business/IT for Corporate Contract Register

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in public sector IT solutions to oversee the implementation and enhancement of our Corporate Contracts Database Register (CCDR-Portt). This critical initiative supports our Progressive Procurement Strategy, aiming to optimize procurement processes, enhance data integrity, and align with our social value commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rollout and continuous development of the CCDR.
  • Identify and resolve technical and data-related issues.
  • Configure and optimize system functionalities and user permissions.
  • Develop and maintain user support documentation.
  • Ensure the system aligns with the Procurement Act and other strategic objectives.
  • Enhance contract management processes and integrate modern-day slavery prevention and social value initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in public sector IT solutions and contract registers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of the Procurement Act and value-for-money principles.
  • Experience in system configuration, data correction, and user support.
