Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a team of consultants responsible for delivering and implementing their innovative software solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs to global enterprises. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of software integration, custom development, and client-facing project management. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the delivery and implementation of software projects for new clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of delivery consultants, ensuring effective project execution.
• Oversee integration and custom development work for client projects.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Support pre-sales engagements and provide expertise to prospective clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

About You: 

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. If you have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects and enjoy working in a technical, hands-on role, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• 5+ years of experience in software or IT project management (ideally from a larger technology business).
• Strong background in managing software implementation and integration projects.
• Experience leading a team in a technical project delivery environment.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing client expectations with technical delivery.
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sectors (desirable but not essential).
• Degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
