Our client is a rapidly growing Tech Integration / Consultancy business. They handle post merger intergration, tech due diligence and tech wind down services for global clients. The position of Project Manager has become available through their continous expansion. The role will play a pivitol part, insuring client milestones are met, and that the Technical Engineers have all of the resources at their disposal to complete the project. Part of the Project Manager position includes international travel when required. This is an incredible exciting time to join this company!
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with the customer project manager.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Track project time and expenses (using Toggl as a time-tracking tool).
- Have a working knowledge of monday.com (customer project management tool).
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status updates to the customer project manager.
- Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off.
- Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the operations teams.
- Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project.
- Assist with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Problem solving, analytical and communication abilities.
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Make sure project resources are used effectively and achieve 80% billable time.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Dealing with day-to-day office management
- Learn & train in Microsoft 365 app and office admin course.
- Work on Project Plans and customer comms as required.
- You may be required to travel as part of your role.
- Standard working will be Hybrid, but if directors are present or clients coming into the office you must be onsite
