Project Manager

London - Hybrid Working

£40-45,000 per year

One of our fab clients, who are a global Advertising agency is looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join the growing localisation team. They work across brilliant clients and territories and need a talented Project Manager to connect the dots.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing localisation projects, focusing on digital and print assets for major global brand campaigns.

You not only need to have brilliant Project Management experience, but ideally you will have experience working for an agency and on localsation projects too

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will work with a number of global clients on various localisation projects. Their primary duties will include:

  • Project Oversight: Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, including tracking production progress, managing approvals, and ensuring final deliveries.

  • Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication on a day-to-day basis.

  • Brief Analysis: Receiving and analysing briefs from Account Managers and Account Directors.

  • Media Plan Review: Reviewing and interpreting media plans accompanying the briefs.

  • Resource Planning: Allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements.

  • Team Briefing: Coordinating with the Transcreation and Studio teams to align on project deliverables.

  • Project Tracking: Monitoring time management and managing scope changes

Skills

The candidate should possess:

  • You will have 5 years plus Project Management experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous as this is what they use

  • Demonstrable experience of working on large localisation projects.

This role is based in central London at the clients fantastic offices. The business works in a Hybrid way, with candidates required to work 3 days on site in the office and 2 days wfh. You must have the full right to work in the UK to apply for this role, and full remote is NOT an option.
