We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Reed Professional Services, working closely with one of our clients. The successful candidate will manage key technology functions and projects such as Treasury Management, Digital Academy, or Expense Transformation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and deliver change projects effectively, ensuring all objectives and milestones are met.
  • Engage with challenging stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain progress and resolve issues with resilience and persistence.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and manage suppliers with a focus on value and commercial acumen.
  • Support the project team with technical knowledge and experience, aiding in issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Employ innovative and creative thinking to solve problems and enhance project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering change projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills, capable of handling challenging interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to a broad audience.
  • Ability to remain calm and maintain perspective in challenging situations.
  • Good technical knowledge with experience in traditional and modern software/IT development lifecycles (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
  • Desirable: Experience in Agile/Lean environments using SCRUM, KANBAN, XP; familiarity with Continuous Improvement; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management, and MS Office tools; experience managing multiple external suppliers
