Are you an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking a new role as the design Lead on a major project? This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of leading Tier 1 main contractors in the UK, working on the delivery of a 200m high rise residential project in Central London.
About the role of Senior Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design Lead on a major project in Central London. The role will be site based managing the delivery of the project which consists of 350 apartments over 20 storeys and comprises of high spec private homes as well as LA units.
Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Experience working on large residential projects
- Experience with RC schemes
