About the Role:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of IAM initiatives across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with both senior stakeholders and those at a more technical level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex IAM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and implement control mechanisms around IAM systems and processes to maintain optimal security access.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, technical teams, and business unit leaders.
  • Act as the Change Lead, navigating the intersection of project delivery, change management, and business operations.
  • Drive IAM system improvements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated across the organization.
  • Oversee and monitor the overall progress of IAM projects, ensuring they meet key milestones, within budget, and on schedule.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of IAM best practices, security access controls, and industry standards to manage the firm's security posture effectively.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering IAM projects.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM control mechanisms and their importance in maintaining security access across systems.
  • Must have direct experience working within a Buy-Side Company - candidates without this background will not be considered.
  • Experience working on large-scale IAM initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams to execute complex security projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership while managing day-to-day details.
  • Must be hands-on enough to manage both the strategic and tactical aspects of IAM projects.
