Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT change initiatives within our HR function. This role involves managing group-wide structural changes, including job descriptions, cost tracking, HR movements, and handbook definitions. The design work is largely complete, and the focus will be on execution and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Structure, plan, and drive forward complex IT change projects
* Manage projects related to job descriptions, cost tracking, and HR structural changes
Required Skills:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a complex environment
* Specific experience with operating models
* Expertise in people change management
* Proficiency in financial modeling to underwrite, challenge inputs, and validate assumptions and outputs
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage peers, senior leadership, and C-suite executives
* Demonstrated success in collaboration and problem-solving within a complex stakeholder environment, involving diverse business areas and multiple suppliers
