For this Senior Project Manager role, you will be required to have:
- Several years of IT software project management experience at a senior level
- A background in the financial services / banking space
- Experience of managing complex software implementation projects
- Exposure to stakeholder management at all levels up to c-suite
- Proven experience of creating structure to ensure processes run smoothly
The successful candidate for the Senior Project Manager role will be a strong communicator who will take ownership and be proactive in problem solving, and be able to self-motivate as well as motivate and lead a team based on trusting relationships and credibility.
