A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading and award-winning digital agency based in Central London.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale digital projects from inception to ongoing operations, working with the agencies top tier clients as well as managing two Project Managers.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple and complex digital projects, on time and within budget, from initial specifications through to delivery and into on-going support.
  • Manage large budgets accurately and with skill.
  • Work with methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Prince 2.
  • Confidently collaborate with C-suite stakeholders and technical staff on the client side
  • Lead and manage a large team of developers in multiple time zones to successfully deliver projects to clients.
  • Work creatively across your team - find solutions to problems, anticipate potential obstacles
  • suggest better ways of working, make suggestions that improve our clients’ experience.
  • Manage different projects or work streams simultaneously.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Account Managers to ensure that projects run smoothly and effectively.
  • Act as a representative of the agency to maintain and strengthen relationships between clients.
  • Line manage junior and mid-level Project Managers, including weekly 121s and helping them with problem solving and best practice

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in project management ideally within a digital agency
  • 3+ years expertise in CMS web builds - Umbraco, Sitecore or Optimizely would be ideal.
  • Takes the initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem- solving and decision-making.
  • Experience with resource management
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Shows a fearless attitude towards challenges and takes calculated risks to find innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated a consistent track record of dependability and follow- through, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
