- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Senior Project Manager, ideally with experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Engineering.
- Location: Must be within the M25 and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
- Flexibility: Some flexibility in working hours is required, as clients operate in different time zones. Occasional travel abroad may be necessary.
- Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, set clear goals, and ensure timelines are met. You will be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Team Coordination & Monitoring: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring regular project check-ins and effective tracking of workstreams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Provide regular status updates, including RAG reports, and manage exception reporting via the PMO.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Run cadence calls to ensure quality, compliance, and cost tracking are on track throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: At the end of workstreams, evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
- Integration Oversight: Work closely with the Product Team to oversee the integration of digital products, such as websites, mobile apps, and core platforms (e.g., Adyen), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, plans, and regular progress reports.
- Ensure successful onboarding of customers and internal users, supporting integrations and ensuring digital deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain logs of risks and issues, along with mitigation strategies and lessons learned to improve future projects.
